Job Summary

This role is centered on acting as a Scrum Master, Servant Leader, and Agile Coach for the internal Intranet Product Team (INSITE) within a global pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reshaping and building a modern, company-wide ecosystem for internal and external digital touchpoints, aiming to enhance the user experience for over 50,000 employees globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting and supporting Scrum methodologies, such as conducting Daily Stand-ups, preparing Sprint Reviews, and moderating Retrospectives and OKR sessions. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and IT Capability Lead to ensure team understanding of product goals and scope, and will be responsible for scaling agile practices (e.g., LeSS framework) across adjacent product teams. The position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), prior professional experience leading agile development teams, and a recognized Scrum certification.
