Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and coordinating the daily laboratory operations within the Medical Care Center (MVZ) in Osnabrück, which specializes in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Diabetology. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for organizing and performing essential patient care tasks, including blood draws, injections, and infusions, ensuring diagnostics and treatment are delivered at a high standard. Key duties also include comprehensive medication and inventory management, such as ordering supplies, booking stock, and processing delivery notes. Furthermore, the manager oversees hygiene and quality control compliance, coordinates lab workflow, and manages error resolution in daily practice. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training (MFA, ZFA, or Nursing Assistant) and several years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and external partners.
