Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Grid Connection and Commissioning Specialist to assume overall technical responsibility for integrating complex battery storage and hybrid systems within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as the central interface between network operators, engineering teams, and management, handling the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all grid connection requests, including technical documentation such as protection concepts and wiring diagrams. The specialist will plan metering concepts, execute system commissioning (including parametrization and functional testing), and ensure communication integration. A key responsibility is building internal and external knowledge by developing and delivering technical training to installation partners and service technicians. This position offers the chance to actively shape the energy transition within a fast-growing, flexible subsidiary focused on building a Virtual Power Plant and integrating storage into energy markets, requiring a strong hands-on mentality and structured work approach.
