Job Summary

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will play a central role in the renewable energy sector, working closely with technical management to support Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid systems throughout their entire lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical pre-sales and sales support, participating in customer meetings, and leading on-site or remote commissioning, testing, and acceptance procedures. You will serve as the 2nd-level technical support, analyzing complex issues and developing technical standards and guidelines. This position is unique because it offers the opportunity to help build stable technical structures within a rapidly growing startup environment while actively shaping the energy transition. You will be responsible for conducting technical training for both internal and external partners, ensuring high-quality standards across all projects.
