Job Summary

The Grid Connection and Commissioning Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of battery storage system integration, from initial preparation and coordination with grid operators to final commissioning. Day-to-day tasks involve parametrizing, testing, and measuring systems to ensure optimal technical performance, setting up meters, and maintaining accurate documentation. A key part of the role is supporting installation partners and customers on-site, providing technical explanations and troubleshooting assistance. The successful candidate must possess an electrical qualification (e.g., Master Electrician or Technician), practical experience with PV, storage, or hybrid systems, and foundational knowledge of grid and protection technology (VDE-AR-N standards). This position offers significant scope for design, quick decision-making, and genuine development perspectives within a future-oriented Virtual Power Plant environment.
