As Manager IT Digital Service Portfolio Management, you will be instrumental in ensuring that IT services are strategically aligned with business objectives, delivering demonstrable value, and operating cost-effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the IT service portfolio, meticulously monitoring service performance against key metrics, and leading the review and approval process for new services. A crucial aspect of this role involves close collaboration with IT financial management to track costs and facilitate chargeback models. You will regularly engage with stakeholders to conduct portfolio reviews, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements, thereby transforming IT into a proactive, strategic partner. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT service or portfolio management, possessing expertise in ServiceNow and ITIL, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics or similar; ITIL certification
Experience
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Portfolio Management
 - Profound experience with ServiceNow
 - Previous experience in defining, setting-up and implementing digital IT portfolios
 - Extensive experience working within the ITIL framework
