Job Summary

This role is designed for an expert in Personal Administration Systems who is keen on actively shaping the digital Human Resources landscape of Vienna. As a specialist within the Personnel Administration Systems service team, you will be responsible for applications and services related to payroll and personnel management, specifically within the SAP HXM environment (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors). Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring the delivery of complex application services, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for inquiries, and coordinating IT initiatives and projects. A core responsibility is implementing city-wide requirements regarding personnel and remuneration policies. The ideal candidate possesses several years of professional experience in application service management within the SAP environment, strong general IT knowledge, and excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and customers. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible working hours and the option for up to 60% mobile work.
