Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Hardware Developer to join an 11-person team focusing on the development of electronic components for premium household appliances in Bielefeld. The successful candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of new product ideas, from initial concept phase through to serial production. Key responsibilities include developing creative electronic and electromechanical solutions, independently managing component development with international partners, and creating technical specifications. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with expertise in battery technologies, energy management, or drive technology for modular systems. Experience with common electronics development tools and Requirements Management (using tools like Winchill or Cameo) is essential, as is fluency in both German and English, making this an ideal opportunity for a communicative and technically skilled engineer seeking a stable, full-time contract.
