Job Summary

As an Expert IT Architect in the "K58-Terminsteuerung" team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, coordinating, and advancing technical systems and processes for the German Federal Employment Agency (BA). Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve defining IT strategies with a focus on technological dependencies and architectures, continuously exploring market trends, and ensuring adherence to IT security, accessibility, and regulatory standards. You will hold overall technical responsibility for IT systems and services within your unit, coordinating various roles, evaluating new projects for their impact on existing system landscapes, and identifying resource needs. This position requires a proactive approach to planning, optimizing technical processes, and ensuring quality assurance in software development, including active participation in contract and tender management. This role offers the flexibility of up to 80% home office work and a collaborative team environment, contributing to the development of critical IT products and systems for various departments.
