Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning and execution of construction projects specifically within asphalt paving and road construction for a leading infrastructure company in the Schleswig-Holstein West region. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring technical specifications and economic targets are met. Key daily tasks include coordinating internal personnel and subcontractors, managing site operations, preparing contract amendments (Nachträge), and handling project invoicing and settlement. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience as an Asphalt Construction Manager. Proficiency in construction accounting and calculation software, ideally iTwo, is required, along with strong commitment, assertiveness, and professional demeanor.
