This role seeks a Senior Civil Engineering Site Manager to autonomously lead and execute complex infrastructure projects in road, civil, and asphalt construction within the Schleswig-Holstein West area for a leading construction company. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and taking full accountability for major construction measures, leading and mentoring a team of site managers, and ensuring overall project success. You will meticulously monitor calculations, bids, and construction processes, precisely controlling site results. A crucial part of the role involves negotiating effectively with subcontractors and clients, actively supporting the design and enforcement of change orders, and reporting key technical and personnel-related tasks to senior management.
