Job Summary

STRABAG is seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in asphalt paving to join their team in the Schleswig-Holstein West area. This role involves independently planning and managing construction measures, ensuring projects meet technical and economic objectives, and controlling site results. Key responsibilities include coordinating personnel and subcontractors alongside the foreman, preparing contract amendments (supplements/addendums), and managing project billing and settlement. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification, preferably in road or civil engineering, and brings several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in asphalt construction.
