This Expert Application Developer role is situated within agile and highly motivated development teams at the Federal Office of Information Technology (BIT). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying modern, high-performance backends utilizing .NET and advanced databases for both web and mobile applications, following agile methodologies. Key daily activities include supporting frontend developers in creating responsive web applications, demonstrating project feasibility through rapid prototyping, and providing 3rd level support for complex application issues. A crucial aspect of the role involves conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC) for cutting-edge technologies like NoSQL databases and Big Data solutions.
