Job Summary

This Senior HR Specialist role focuses on managing the end-to-end IT recruiting process for a large, complex organization, ensuring an excellent candidate journey. You will act as an internal sparring partner and consultant for leadership throughout all recruitment phases, coordinating closely with HR Business Partners. A key component of the role involves defining employment details, preparing offers, and actively influencing hiring decisions. Beyond daily operational recruiting, you will contribute significantly to strategic HR initiatives, including developing modern recruitment strategies, implementing Active Sourcing, driving Employer Branding measures, and exploring the use of AI in recruitment. This position requires someone who is curious, IT-savvy, and proactive, eager to drive processes forward within a collaborative team environment at the Federal Office of Information Technology.
