Job Summary

This role is perfect for a hands-on IT professional specializing in end-user support and hardware/software rollouts within the greater Berlin area. As an IT Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining operational readiness by handling IT support tasks, including Incident, Service Request, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix tickets. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing personalized, on-site support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing workplace installations, and managing complete IT relocations. You will ensure the functionality of a wide range of devices, including desktops, notebooks, tablets, iPhones, multimedia equipment, and mobile handheld scanners. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience with Windows Client operating systems (specifically Windows 10), Microsoft Office O365 administration, and proven experience in direct user support and rollout projects, offering a long-term career perspective with development opportunities.
