Key daily tasks include installing and managing hardware and software, overseeing the client life cycle management, and creating essential technical documentation and inventory records. A major component of the role involves analyzing and resolving complex hardware, software, network, and communication system faults, ensuring robust Second Level Support directly at the customer's location. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, coupled with good proficiency in both German and English to thrive in this international setting.
