Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT Technician looking to join the Field Service Team of a reputable law firm in Frankfurt am Main. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive end-user support, managing technical issues from acceptance through documentation using a ticketing system, and ensuring smooth IT operations across workplaces. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving IT disturbances, instructing users on hardware and software usage, performing necessary rework and troubleshooting, and handling the setup, relocation, and dismantling of IT workstations on-site.
