Job Summary

This role involves working as a Biology Laboratory Technician within a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation. The core responsibilities focus on planning and executing greenhouse trials, specifically characterizing seed samples for herbicide resistance. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and preparing incoming seed samples, handling crop protection agents and test substances, operating application systems, and ensuring optimal plant growth conditions. A critical component is the evaluation of experiments through visual observation, meticulous data entry into IT systems, and report generation.
