Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT administration for a major European IT service provider's client, focusing on end-user device management and support. The IT Client Technician will be responsible for processing support tickets, providing swift and service-oriented problem resolution, and managing the installation and provisioning of end-user devices in the staging area. Key duties include setting up and managing machine and user accounts, including password assignment within Active Directory, and maintaining the asset management system, lists, and customer databases. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician, coupled with three years of professional experience in technical IT and 1st/2nd Level Support. Strong technical skills in Windows 10/11, MS 365, Active Directory, and device provisioning (SCCM) are essential, along with excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
