This role involves providing specialized IT support focusing on Apple hardware and software within a leading European IT service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions on MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Key daily activities include processing, documenting, and tracking support tickets within a CRM/ticketing system, analyzing technical issues, and assisting the team with escalations. A strong background in Apple hardware diagnostics, repair processes, and operating systems is essential, alongside knowledge of Apple ID, iCloud, and backup/restoration procedures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in handling Apple hardware, including diagnostic and repair processes
- Experience with Apple ID, iCloud, Backup, and Restoration procedures
