Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist is based in Hamburg with a leading manufacturer of medical databases, serving the international occupational medicine market. The core responsibility involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level support to customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance, addressing IT-related queries, and explaining the specific functionalities of the company's proprietary software. Day-to-day tasks include creating service tickets, installing software, and deploying updates, occasionally requiring on-site presence. The ideal candidate possesses strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, solid general IT knowledge, and a good technical understanding.
