Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician based in Berlin, focusing on supporting the IT infrastructure for renowned industrial companies and public authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, both remotely and on-site (Field Service), managing hardware and software rollouts, and provisioning new systems. The technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, actively participating in technical escalation management, and collaboratively analyzing and resolving system disruptions with colleagues. Key qualifications include a completed IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), foundational professional experience in IT support, and proficiency with current hardware, software, and operating systems like Windows 10.
