VIP IT Support Specialist | VIP Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated, high-level IT support, primarily for VIP users, in an international environment based in Hamburg. The specialist will handle incoming technical disruptions via phone and written communication, predominantly in English, and will be responsible for analyzing and resolving errors both remotely and directly at the user's workstation. Key tasks include configuring and installing PCs, workstations, and associated peripheral devices, collaborating with 3rd Level Support for complex issues, and maintaining technical documentation within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar) and strong technical knowledge of Windows Client environments (including Windows 10 and Office Suite), file/directory permission management, remote deployment tools, and iOS.
