Key daily tasks include receiving and analyzing technical disturbances, resolving issues using the TopDesk ticketing system, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support. Furthermore, the role involves performing hardware rollouts, including the setup, dismantling, and exchange of equipment, and testing new mobile devices.
