This role involves taking charge of quality assurance and testing activities for software and infrastructure changes within the IT User Services domain, which supports approximately 30,000 users. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating QA measures, defining comprehensive test strategies, and personally conducting technical and functional acceptance tests. The Test Manager will be crucial in analyzing the impact of changes, setting testing priorities, and managing the entire defect and incident lifecycle during testing. Success requires strong organizational skills, proven experience in test management, ideally coupled with an ISTQB certification, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate various testing groups and report results effectively. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in Economics or IT, or equivalent qualification such as an IT-specific advanced training or completed vocational training in the IT sector
