Job Summary

This critical role within IT Account Management involves coordinating strategic IT initiatives and optimizing core processes for a major public organization. The successful candidate will advise and support senior leadership and subject matter experts on organizational, technical, and strategic matters, focusing on cross-functional coordination and decision-making, often through workshops. Key responsibilities include building, implementing, and continuously developing business processes, analyzing product requirements, and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and milestones. This position requires proven professional experience in IT process optimization, strong practical knowledge of agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills across various hierarchical levels. Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's degree (or equivalent, e.g., Diploma FH) in economics, law, administration, or a technical field, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., certified specialist), or completed vocational training in a technical, economic, or IT area

Experience

  • Multi-year professional experience in IT process optimization, process modeling, and the development of the software procurement process
  • Multi-year current practical experience in workshop conception, ideally also in requirements gathering or IT project management
