Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of deploying and managing IT hardware across various sites, requiring a skilled technician to handle the full lifecycle of workplace equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include mounting and dismounting workplace hardware and peripherals, executing full workstation rollouts, and installing and connecting peripheral devices. A key component of the job is user instruction on new hardware and software systems, alongside detailed documentation of all installations using an app for image and text logging. Candidates must possess a background as an IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with initial experience in rollout processes. The position requires excellent German language skills, proficiency with Windows and MS Office, a strong service orientation, and the willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays, to support the client's extensive IT infrastructure.
