Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional, possibly a certified IT Specialist for System Integration or an experienced IT support lateral entrant, looking to join one of Germany's leading IT service providers. The core responsibilities involve providing hands-on, onsite technical support, including the installation and maintenance of notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting errors across Windows, network, and hardware systems, managing support requests via ticket systems, setting up user workstations, and participating in rollouts and migrations. A strong background in client troubleshooting, familiarity with Active Directory and standard Windows environments, and excellent customer orientation are essential for success in this solution-oriented position.

Experience

- Secure handling of standard software, Windows, and Active Directory
