Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Onsite Support Technician to ensure seamless IT operations across various customer locations within the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Key responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, encompassing setup, configuration, and participation in hardware rollouts. The technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining standard and specialized hardware, such as desktops, notebooks, printers, peripherals, and media technology. Furthermore, the role involves managing equipment inventory, handling asset administration, and processing support requests efficiently through a ticketing system. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), proven experience in field customer service and user support, and proficiency with standard hardware and MS Office.
