Job Summary

This role involves providing high-level IT support, specifically catering to executive-level clients (Vorstandsebene) within a major European IT service provider, supporting an end-client like Bayer AG. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving IT tickets according to defined service levels, handling end-user support, and managing conference room technology. A core part of the job involves IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) for hardware, conducting repairs, exchanges, and system restoration. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining asset data, updating documentation in the knowledge base, proactively implementing preventative measures for system stability, and supporting the introduction of new technologies. The ideal candidate must have a background in IT systems integration or electronics, professional experience supporting VIP customers, strong proficiency in Windows and standard hardware, and excellent communication skills.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification
