Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional ready to handle diverse hardware and software issues both remotely and directly onsite for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incident reports received via email and ticketing systems, prioritizing and classifying requests, and performing root cause analysis to resolve disruptions. You will be responsible for hands-on tasks such as mounting/dismounting hardware components, executing IT relocations, and maintaining accurate asset data. Key qualifications include a relevant technical IT degree (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), proven experience in First and Second Level Support, and proficiency with Windows 7/10 and ticketing systems.
