Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, focusing on direct, hands-on end-user support. The Onsite Support Technician will be responsible for executing essential IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and managing the entire lifecycle of user workstations and mobile devices. Daily duties include processing support tickets, performing setup and dismantling of physical workstations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues directly at the user's desk, and managing the inventory, imaging, and deletion of notebooks. Candidates must possess a relevant IT apprenticeship and initial professional experience in onsite support environments, including proficiency with ticketing systems. The position requires flexibility to work alternating early and late shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday) and excellent communication skills in German.

Education
Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial experience in Onsite Support
- Experience in handling ticketing systems
