Job Summary

This role as a Cyber Security Engineer in Garching near Munich positions you as a critical shield against digital threats, leveraging analytical skills and technical expertise to solve complex challenges in diverse client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the conception of client environments, maintaining complex IT systems and infrastructure solutions, and resolving intricate system problems. A core focus involves implementing customer projects across key security domains such as Firewalling, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Email Security, Endpoint Security, and Mobile Device Management. You will also lead project teams within your specialized area and conduct workshops on IT and information security. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or Computer Science degree, strong networking knowledge (segmentation, routing), and experience in planning and implementing IT security projects.
