Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical aspects of electronics manufacturing projects, serving as the critical link between development, sales, and production teams for a defined customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical customer support, assessing the technical feasibility of offers, creating detailed work plans and manufacturing cost calculations, and supporting the transition of prototypes into series production. The manager will also define efficient production processes, create technical documentation, and manage manufacturing orders using the ERP system (SAP). The ideal candidate must possess a background as an Electronics Technician, preferably with further qualification as a Master Technician, coupled with several years of professional experience in production planning or manufacturing control. Success requires strong communication skills, a structured, solution-oriented approach, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP and MS Office.
