Job Summary

This role involves providing critical technical support for test equipment and software within a high-tech production environment, focusing on electronics manufacturing. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test software and adapters, managing the Prüfmittel-Helpdesk tickets, and ensuring thorough documentation of all processes. Key responsibilities include detailed fault analysis, repairing test adapters, drafting and expanding testing instructions, and managing changes to test equipment (hardware and software). The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electronics or mechatronics, knowledge of circuit technology, and a service-oriented mindset. Experience with soldering SMD/THT components and familiarity with programming environments like NI TestStand and LabView are advantageous, making this a crucial role for maintaining quality and efficiency in specialized electronics production.
