Job Summary

This role is for an Electronics Technician specializing in the programming and optimization of high-tech manufacturing equipment for a major electronics specialist. The primary responsibilities include creating precise programs for Surface Mount Device (SMD) assembly machines and developing programs for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems to ensure component quality. The technician is also responsible for maintaining operational efficiency by analyzing system faults, performing troubleshooting, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate must hold a completed technical vocational qualification in electronics or mechanics and possess practical experience handling electronic assemblies. Proficiency in managing CAD and Gerber data is essential. This position requires a high degree of quality awareness, teamwork, and the willingness to work in a rotating two-shift operation (early and late shifts) at the Seefeld location near Munich.
