Job Summary
This role serves as the primary point of contact and consultant for all IT-related inquiries, problems, and disruptions concerning both hardware and software. The specialist will provide 1st Level Support, primarily assisting users on-site, but also via telephone and written communication. Core responsibilities include receiving, processing, and documenting incident reports and service requests within the ticketing system. You will conduct initial error analyses, develop first-line solutions, and coordinate with relevant departments for escalation to 2nd Level Support when necessary. A key function is prioritizing and classifying disturbances and monitoring ticket resolution to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT or demonstrable experience in 1st Level Support, coupled with excellent communication skills and patience. The position is based in the greater Munich area, offering partial remote work flexibility and a focus on continuous learning.
