Job Summary
As a (Junior) IT Support Service Desk Associate at Allane SE, you will serve as the primary point of contact and consultant for all IT-related inquiries, hardware issues, and software malfunctions. Your daily responsibilities include providing on-site, telephone, and written support to users, managing incoming 1st level support requests, and documenting them within the ticketing system. You will perform initial error analysis, develop solutions, and coordinate with 2nd level support when necessary to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and possess strong communication skills.
