This role involves serving as the primary point of contact and consultant for all IT inquiries, problems, and disruptions concerning both hardware and software. The incumbent will primarily support users on-site, but also via phone and written communication. Key responsibilities include receiving, processing, and documenting incident reports and service requests (1st Level Support) within a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks involve performing initial fault analyses, developing first-line solutions, coordinating with relevant departments, and escalating issues to 2nd Level Support when necessary. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in IT or demonstrable experience in 1st Level Support, coupled with strong communication skills and patience in customer interaction.
