Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to provide essential onsite support and system maintenance for prominent industrial companies in the Munich area. As an IT System Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of client workstations, including installation, configuration, hardware relocation (disassembly, assembly, and cabling), and performing repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers. A key part of the job involves troubleshooting and analyzing both software and hardware issues, resolving service calls, and providing direct on-site support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in the IT field, possess initial professional experience in a Microsoft environment, and demonstrate proficiency with common operating systems like Windows 10, as well as practical knowledge of LAN and WLAN hardware.
