Job Summary

This role as an IT Technician, situated in Ingolstadt, offers a fantastic opportunity to join a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive system house and e-commerce services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing essential IT support to users, managing the service point, and executing on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and network technologies. Key responsibilities include structured processing of support tickets and Request For Service (RFS) inquiries, as well as professionally handling and resolving escalated technical issues. Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of standard Windows operating systems and a strong understanding of networking technologies, particularly switching and Layers 1 through 3. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, offering extensive training and flexible working hours.
