Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, offering the chance to shape the future of a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive onsite support for Windows workstations in both office and industrial environments. Key tasks include executing workstation migrations, setting up new hardware, troubleshooting IT issues directly for users, and meticulously documenting all work processes within a ticketing system. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining IT assets, managing printers (including toner changes), and conducting user training on hardware and software usage. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT, expert knowledge of Windows systems, and practical experience in onsite support, coupled with a structured approach to working within ticketing systems.
