Job Summary

This role, based in Munich, is a full-time, permanent position focused on supporting quality assurance within the pharmaceutical sector. The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist will primarily assist the qualified person in batch release processes, including the creation, review, and archiving of batch documentation and Batch Record Review preparation. Key responsibilities involve active participation in optimizing and developing quality assurance systems, and integration into various QA tasks such as supplier qualification, handling customer complaints, managing change control, deviation management, and preparing Product Quality Reviews (PQRs). The ideal candidate possesses a structured, precise, and hands-on work style, along with strong German and English language skills, and a background in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, making it an excellent entry point into pharmaceutical quality management.
