Job Summary

This permanent position as a Service Management Specialist, based in Düsseldorf, involves the crucial coordination and oversight of the Document Provisioning Services (DPS) systems for a leading international insurance IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring complex workflows using tools like NTWare sysHub and DocBridgeMill+, planning and implementing critical process and configuration changes, and managing the operational release of new products and processes. You will also play a key role in DPS platform design projects, generate system reports, and analyze disruption situations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, possesses strong knowledge of ITIL processes, and is familiar with Windows and Linux platforms. Experience with AD interfaces, PowerShell, and Java development is also required.
