Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to join the Building and Technology department within the Campus Development group at TU Wien. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for electrical engineering trades in new construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards, legal regulations, and internal specifications. Day-to-day tasks involve independent conceptualization, planning, and implementation of projects, technical requirement analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders, external planners, and suppliers. Key responsibilities also include conducting feasibility studies, risk evaluations, cost estimation, and managing quality, cost, and schedule control. Candidates must possess a technical degree in Electrical Engineering (HTL, FH/University equivalent), coupled with several years of practical experience in project and facility management. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building automation systems, along with fluent German and good English skills, are essential for success in this role.
