Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position is situated within the SAP group of the Finance department at TU Wien, focusing on the operation and internal support of SAP software. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring stable SAP operations, conducting detailed error analysis, and developing effective solutions for system issues. Day-to-day duties include managing and responding to internal software support inquiries, contributing to digitalization projects, and implementing new workflows. The role requires acting as a crucial communication interface between internal and external partners, along with maintaining thorough documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer through training. Candidates must possess a completed education in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong general IT knowledge, analytical capabilities, and a highly service-oriented, structured approach. The position offers significant flexibility with the option for up to 60% remote work.
