This role seeks a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer or Construction Technician to manage and execute complex underground construction projects according to modern standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include project coordination, serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing the tendering and contract awarding processes, and supporting technical site management, balancing both office and construction site activities. A key focus will be the integration and use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methods in underground construction. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with relevant professional experience and strong knowledge of technical construction regulations and building law.
