Job Summary

This role involves working as a Specialist Planner for Mechanical/HVAC systems within a leading German industrial and commercial construction company. Based in Stuttgart, the planner will be responsible for developing design and execution plans (primarily phases 3 and 5 of the German HOAI system) for technical building equipment. Key responsibilities include creating specifications, assisting in procurement by conducting technical negotiations with subcontractors, and providing technical consulting during the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or technical qualification in supply engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in TBE planning and/or installation.
