Job Summary

This role involves coordinating complex building services (TGA, specifically HVAC, Sanitary, and Electrical systems) for a leading German industrial and commercial construction company. The Project Coordinator will be crucial in the early project phases, focusing on technical consulting, conceptualization, and calculation of plant technology. Day-to-day tasks include creating specifications, assisting in subcontractor procurement, developing technical alternatives, and managing external engineering offices. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree or a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in HVAC/Sanitary/Electrical and possesses multi-year professional experience in planning and/or constructing technical building equipment. Success in this position requires strong teamwork, cost awareness, assertiveness, and experience with BIM-capable software solutions, enabling the incumbent to contribute significantly to turnkey construction projects.
