Job Summary

This role involves becoming a key operational member of a dynamic finance team, ensuring smooth and high-quality accounting processes, specifically within the Accounts Payable (AP) domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulously reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness, timely booking of all vendor invoices, and reliably monitoring open items. A crucial part of the job is independently resolving discrepancies with internal departments and external suppliers. Furthermore, you will actively support month-end and year-end closing procedures by providing reliable data, monitoring payment deadlines, and managing payment runs to ensure efficient liquidity management. The ideal candidate possesses commercial training or an equivalent qualification, foundational knowledge of financial accounting, and experience using Accounts Payable processes and a standard ERP system.
